Coaching

You start with a free 30-minute consult. You tell me what challenges you’re facing. I listen and ask questions designed to get to the root of the problem.

At the end of our conversation, you have more clarity on how to build your effective communication. And a good sense of whether I’m the right coach for you. You’ll get a proposal with a program designed just for you – without obligations.

When you decide to work with me, your first session is an in-depth coaching conversation. It helps you identify your priorities, your strengths, and what hinders you. You’ll define how you want to communicate with other leaders and your teams. And what you need to get there.

Training

Your initial coaching conversation is the foundation for the next – typically 3 or 4 – sessions. You can schedule those sessions whenever they work for you. Early morning, daytime, or late night – your communication coaching is tailored to fit you and your schedule.

In each session, you’ll work on one of your priorities. You get one-on-one training. Highly tailored mentoring. Tools, techniques and templates you can use the moment your session ends.

Your next session starts with feedback. Because real impact rarely happens in session. It happens during your next meeting. It hits you in the middle of the next feedback conversation with the project manager on your team.

By learning from your experience, you embed effective communication practices into the way you work. And you get one step closer to the results you want. 

Results

The final session is typically about bringing your new insights together. Linking them back to the goals you set during our first coaching conversation. And refining any insights or tools you need more time with.

Even when our sessions end, you’ll keep experimenting. You’ll find what approach works for you –  so you’ll keep using it even when the pressure rises. You’ll work hard to become a more effective communicator. Because you know that’s how you create real impact.
